Billing Account General Information

Billing accounts may be used to pay for any services that NSLS offers, such as professional development, Library of Congress Bulletins, annual banquet tickets, advocacy events, and any other annual membership fees such as NorthStarNet, Digital Past, and MyMediaMall.

How To Open a Billing Account

Billing Accounts can be used on a "pay as you go" basis. Charges will be itemized and sent to your library at the end of each calendar month in a billing statement. Payments should be processed as soon as possible after receiving your statement. Please specify "billing account" on the check and include your library's 3-letter K/Q code.

Send check payable to the North Suburban Library System for the balance due to:

North Suburban Library System

200 W. Dundee Road

Wheeling, IL 60090

Attn: Donna Veldt

It is your library's responsibility to keep records of all requests billed through the billing account.

Using Your Billing Account for Professional Development Programs

Complete the registration form in full. The billing account option must be checked, total amount being deducted entered in the appropriate space and library's K/Q code supplied.

Statement Information

Your library will receive a statement every month there has been activity in the account.
